Coconut Chutney Recipe (Nariyal Chutney)

Ingredients List (1 small bowl of Chutney)

Coconut fresh-1 small
Chana dal-1tsp
Ginger- small piece
Imli- small piece
Salt-1tsp
Green chilli -1

For tadka
Mustard seeds-1tsp
Urad dal-1tsp
Dry Red chilli-1

Recipe Steps

1. Cut the coconut
2. Take chana dal in a bowl and microwave for 1 min
3. Add all ingredients in the mixer grinder (coconut, ginger, imli, salt, green chilli and chana dal) add half cup water
4. Switch on the grinder and once it starts becoming a paste
5. Add water in between if needed as per the consistency you would like to have
6. Pour in a bowl

Add tadka
1. Take one spoon oil
2. Once heated add mustard seeds, urad dal and red chilli
3. Roast for a min and pour over the chutney 
Enjoy it with vada, dosa, uttapam ðŸ˜Š
